Thousands of reggae aficionados attended the Afrika Tage Reggae music festival, which was held in Vienna, Austria, and was a huge success. Ziggy Marley's inspirational words, Inner Circle's timeless hits, and Damian Marley's electric set were just a few of the highlights of each act's spectacular performances. Alborosie's blend of traditional roots reggae and contemporary sounds was a hit, while Slightly Stoopid's mixture of reggae with punk rock and hip hop was well received. The excellent roster was rounded out by the sweet vocals of Collie Buddz, the raw energy of Ky-Mani Marley, the politically charged lyrics of Steel Pulse, the acoustic set of Milow, and the dancehall sounds of Elephant Man.
