Some of the most brilliant metal musicians came together at the German festival HELL OVER Hammaburg. E-Force, Diamond Head, Brutus, Mgla, Voivod, Night Demon, Visigoth, Wytch Hazel, Nifelheim, and Desaster were among the festival's finest acts.
Former Voivod frontman Eric Forrest's band, E-Force, gave a dynamic performance that left the audience wanting more. One of the forerunners of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, Diamond Head, also made an impression with their timeless sound and potent vocals. Brutus, Mgla, and Desaster all gave excellent performances, each bringing their own distinct styles to the stage.
Young bands like Visigoth and Wytch Hazel were featured at the festival and showed that they had what it takes to succeed in the metal scene. The band Nifelheim, known for their aggressive live performances, did not dissapoint and astound the crowd. The HELL OVER Hammaburg Festival, as a whole, was a celebration of all things metal and demonstrated once more why it is one of the most eagerly awaited gatherings of its kind.
