In its most recent iteration, Schlosshof Festival, one of Germany's largest metal music festivals, featured a lineup of excellent musicians. Fans of the genre from all over the world attended the festival to see the enthralling performances of some of the top performers in the business. dArtagnan, Feuerschwanz, Versengold, Mono Inc., The O'Reillys and the Paddyhats, Haggard, Subway To Sally, Unanticipated, Mr. Hurley & the Pulveraffen, and Letzte Instanz were some of the headlining performers.
With dArtagnan's dynamic performance that had the audience clamoring for more, the festival got off to a strong start. With their distinctive fusion of heavy metal and medieval folk music, Feuerschwanz kept the crowd energized the entire set. The audience participated in Versengold's enthralling presentation by singing along to their catchy tunes. The audience was headbanging together as a result of Mono Inc.'s dramatic stage presence and strong vocals. The energetic set by The O'Reillys and the Paddyhats gave the festival's metal aesthetic a punk touch.
