How do I cancel my subscription if I have chosen the Paypal payment option?

If you have chosen the Paypal payment option, you can’t cancel your subscription directly on our platform. Instead, you'll have to do so within your Paypal account. Here is what you’ll need to do: 

1. Go to your Billing settings, jump to the “Cancel subscription” section and access your Paypal account.

2. Log in to your Paypal account and go to your account settings. Choose the “Payments” tab, click on the “Manage your Automatic Payments” and cancel your subscription:
