How do I cancel my subscription if I purchased it using PayPal BEFORE October 2024?

If you have chosen the Paypal payment option BEFORE October 2024 (1.10.2024), you can’t cancel your subscription directly on our platform. Instead, you'll have to do so within your Paypal account. Here is what you’ll need to do: 

1. Go to your Billing settings, jump to the “Cancel subscription” section and access your Paypal account.

2. Log in to your Paypal account and go to your account settings. Choose the “Payments” tab, click on the “Manage your Automatic Payments” and cancel your subscription:

If you purchased your subscription using PayPal AFTER October 1st 2024, you can cancel it directly on the platform in your Billing settings.
